Canna Society LLC – Delivery & Shipping Policy
Canna Society LLC provides licensed, compliant cannabis delivery services within eligible regions of California. By placing an order or joining a membership, you agree to the delivery terms below.
1. Delivery Eligibility
Delivery is available only to California addresses where cannabis delivery is permitted by law.
We cannot deliver to:

Federal property

Schools or childcare facilities
-
Government buildings
-
“Dry” or restricted jurisdictions

PO Boxes
Your address must be verified prior to delivery.
2. Age & ID Requirements
All customers must be 21+ with a valid, unexpired government-issued ID.
The person placing the order must be the person receiving the delivery.
ID will be checked at the door.
Delivery cannot be completed without a proper ID.
3. Delivery Window
Members will receive their delivery on or around their selected date.
Delivery times may vary based on:

Weather or traffic

Compliance holds

High-demand periods
You will be notified by text or email when your delivery is on the way (where available).
4. Customer Presence Required
You must be physically present to accept delivery.
We cannot leave packages unattended or with neighbors.
If the customer is not present, the delivery will be marked as a failed attempt.
Failed deliveries may incur:

A re-delivery fee, or
-
A cancellation of the order for that cycle
Refunds are not guaranteed after a failed delivery.
5. Delivery Verification & Compliance
Our licensed partners may be required to:

Verify ID

Capture a signature

Log delivery coordinates

Record the transaction in real-time
These steps are legally required and cannot be skipped.
6. Product Availability
Your preference selections (flower, vapes, edibles, CBD, concentrates, pre-rolls, etc.) guide general category fulfillment.
Exact products, strains, brands, or potencies are not guaranteed and may change depending on stock and state requirements.
All products are sourced from state-licensed distributors and brands in compliance with California cannabis laws.
7. Delivery Fees
Membership pricing includes taxes and delivery unless otherwise stated.
Some regions may require additional regulatory or local delivery fees.
Any additional fees will be shown before checkout.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed once they enter compliance verification or preparation.
Delivery-day changes are not guaranteed.
Memberships must be canceled prior to renewal to avoid being included in the next delivery cycle.
9. Missed or Failed Deliveries
A delivery attempt may fail due to:

Invalid or incorrect address

Customer not present

Expired/missing ID

Restricted area

Safety concerns

Compliance-related issues
Failed deliveries may require re-scheduling or a re-delivery fee.
Refunds are not issued for failed deliveries once orders are packaged or in transit.
