Because Canna Society operates within the regulated California cannabis market, all sales are subject to California State Law. For safety, compliance, and health regulations, all cannabis product sales are final.

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, credits, or replacements may be issued.

⭐ 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (California Law)

Due to state cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any cannabis products once they have left our possession.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Membership boxes

  • Individual products within a box

  • Add-on items

  • Limited edition items

  • Special promotions

  • Surprise-box contents

  • Incorrect preference selections made by the customer

No exceptions will be made unless outlined in the sections below.

⭐ 2. NO REFUNDS FOR:

Canna Society does NOT issue refunds for:

  • Dissatisfaction with effects, flavor, potency, or product type

  • Receiving items you personally do not prefer

  • Not liking the “surprise” element of the box

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Failure to update your delivery address

  • Failure to pick up or be available during your delivery window

  • Failed deliveries due to missing or invalid identification

  • Deliveries refused at the door for any reason

  • Melted edibles due to weather conditions

  • Delayed shipments caused by carrier or weather

  • Auto-renewal charges (you must cancel before your next bill date)

⭐ 3. REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS ARE ONLY POSSIBLE IF:

You must report an issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

We may issue a replacement or credit ONLY if:

✔ The item arrived damaged

Examples:

  • Broken cartridge

  • Leaking package

  • Torn edible packaging

✔ The wrong item was delivered due to our error

Example:

  • You selected “no edibles” and an edible was included

  • A different tier or incorrect box was delivered

✔ You received an incomplete order

Example:

  • Missing one or more items

✔ Delivery was made to the wrong address due to courier error

In such cases, Canna Society may issue:

  • A replacement box

  • A partial credit

  • A full credit (rare, but possible)

Cash refunds are extremely limited due to cannabis regulations.

⭐ 4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

You MUST provide:

  • Clear photos or videos

  • Description of the issue

  • Proof of delivery

We will verify the claim and determine eligibility for replacement or credit.

⭐ 5. DELIVERY-RELATED REFUNDS

No refunds will be issued if:

  • You are not home for delivery

  • Your ID is expired or does not match the membership name

  • Delivery fails due to customer unavailability

  • Customer provides an incorrect address

A redelivery fee may be charged for missed appointments.

⭐ 6. AUTO-RENEWAL REFUNDS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Membership charges renew every 30 days.

We do not refund charges that have already processed.

To avoid being billed:

  • You must cancel BEFORE your renewal date

  • Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Forgetting to cancel

  • Being “surprised” by the renewal

  • Not checking email reminders

  • Overlooking the auto-renew section

⭐ 7. NON-DELIVERY DUE TO REGULATION OR RESTRICTION

If we cannot deliver due to:

  • State law

  • City restrictions

  • Temporary compliance holds

  • Unforeseen regulatory issues

We will issue:

  • A credit

  • OR reschedule delivery
    (not a cash refund)

⭐ 8. STORE CREDITS

Credits may be issued at our discretion for:

  • Approved damage claims

  • Missing products

  • Wrong items

Credits apply to future months, not past bills.

Credits do NOT:

  • Expire within 12 months

  • Convert to cash

  • Apply to past charges

⭐ 9. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If the delivery driver marks the order as delivered AND the customer signed for it:

Canna Society is not responsible for:

  • Stolen items

  • Packages lost after confirmed delivery

  • Theft from property or mailbox

⭐ 10. CONTACT FOR REFUND REQUESTS

To report an issue within the required 24 hours:

We respond within 24–48 hours.

Due to California cannabis laws, all sales are final. No refunds or returns are allowed unless your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing. You must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable.
